What Flyloop stores
When you sign in, Flyloop stores your account identity, profile settings, travel conversations, saved trip information, and preferences you share. We also receive approximate location information from Cloudflare. Precise browser location is stored only after you choose “Use my location.”
Preferences Flyloop infers
So it does not have to ask the same questions on every trip, Flyloop reads your conversations and keeps a short list of durable travel preferences — entries like “will not accept layovers longer than 3 hours.” These are written automatically from what you say, which means they can be wrong or more specific than you intended. Your profile page shows the full list and lets you delete any entry, or all of them, whenever you like.
How it is used
This information is used to answer travel requests, remember your choices, resume trip planning, protect the service, and improve reliability. Flyloop does not infer gender or rank travel options using inferred demographic traits.
Service providers
Flyloop uses Cloudflare (hosting and data storage), AWS or configured fallback hosting, Google Gemini, Google Maps, SerpAPI, and public travel-information sources to operate the service. Relevant portions of a request may be sent to these providers to produce an answer.
Retention and control
Your profile page lets you review and delete the preferences Flyloop has inferred, download your stored Flyloop data, or permanently delete your account. Account deletion removes the authentication record and associated Flyloop database rows. Operational security logs and provider records may remain for their normal limited retention periods.
Travel information
Prices, schedules, availability, visa rules, weather, and safety conditions can change. Verify important details with the airline, hotel, government, or other authoritative provider before relying on them.
